TERMS & CONDITIONS -

• Payments will be processed from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, excluding public holidays.
• DMS Medical Supplies reserves the right to change the product pricing without prior notice.
• DMS Medical Supplies practices a no refund policy once a credit card has been charged.
• A Confirmation of Order will be issued via emailm & SMS once an order has been made.
• Official documentation, i.e. Invoice and Delivery Order, will be included in the delivery package.
• Any complaints of manufacturing defects must be emailed to dmssupplies@yahoo.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving the product. Upon receipt of the email, all complaints will be processed within 14 business days. Product must be in new / unused condition.
• Any requests for replacement of order must be emailed to Customer Service at dmssupplies@yahoo.co.uk
• Delivery is restricted to within Malaysia Only.
• Delivery will be made via a courier service appointed by DMS Medical Supplies
• Delivery addresses with P/O boxes will not be entertained.
• Estimated delivery times are 3 – 5 working days for delivery within Peninsula Malaysia, and 5 – 7 working days for delivery within East Malaysia.
• Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the following business day.
• Changes to the delivery address before shipment confirmation, must be made within 24 hours after placing an order. Please call our Customer Service at 019 5555 289 &
